looking south now, the track takes a slight curve from it's previous SSE direction. Track is there in the tall grass to the right. The vehicle tracks visible in the middle of the frame may have been another track at one time? If so, it has a lower and rougher grade. Further east there clearly were at least 2 more tracks at one time along side the main. |

There are a couple of these in a row. The hole seemed to go to a shallow pit with openings on either side. I wonder if grain was funneled into the pit and extracted by conveyor belt or auger to trucks? I definitely welcome comments on this. |

the near siding (foreground) is almost completely buried by leaves and soil. The second siding or holding track is there but one must dig a bit to find it. If not for the switch stand I probably would have never known to look for that extra track. This view is west of the main and looking roughly west, location is roughly even with Jenks Ave. |

View is looking south between main track and first siding from the switch point leading to the second siding/track. Main is at left, second siding veers right but doesn't go very far. All but main track stop before the fence on an industry ahead (I think it's Tilsner Carton, but maybe there's a printing shop there too as part of, or in cooperation with, Tilsner?) |
